NATIONAL CLEAN BOATING CAMPAIGN
KentuckyLake.com, WKYQ, Moors Resort & Marina, TVA
and the Kentucky Waterways Alliance all joined forces on June 29, 2003
for the annual National Clean Boating Campaign.

What a beautiful day we had to promote keeping our waters
clean! We gave away free t-shirts, hats, keychains and information
on keeping the water clean to all the boaters that came by. Nick
Black
from WKYQ was doing live broadcasts from the top of the NETWORKIN II
while the WKYQ Rabbit was soaking up some sun. This was our fifth
time to sponsor this great cause.
The message for the day was simple...
Don't put anything in the lake that you are not willing to go
swimming with! |
