The Crow's Nest is an A-frame cottage located on the
beautiful Jonathan Creek embayment of Kentucky Lake.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed in each
room. The open floor plan downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with
stove, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and table & chairs.
The living room area consists of two sleeper sofas, two recliners, an easy
chair, a color tv with cable and VCR/DVD player. There is a front deck with
wheel chair ramp and back deck with grill and large picnic table. The Crow's
Nest sits on 3 lots with a lake view in a small resort community. Your stay
includes the usage of a boat slip with electricty & fish cleaning station;
resort swimming pool & beach area.
Rental Rates:
Two nights $195.00 + tax
Three nights $295.00 + tax
Four nights $395.00 + tax Five
nights $495.00 + tax
Six nights $595.00 + tax
Seven nights $695.00 + tax
$100 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Refunds
with 2 weeks notice & 10% fee.
Deposit returned within 30 days of departure.
Cash, traveler's checks only (checks 2 weeks in advance). Sorry no credit
cards.
